We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
We take every precaution regarding product quality control, but there is always a chance that something may go wrong, so please check the condition of the product immediately upon arrival.
1. Regarding initial product defects
We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product is damaged or soiled, or is different from your order, we will accept returns or exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please contact us through the inquiry form. When you contact us, we will provide you with detailed information on the return and exchange procedure.
2. Regarding returns due to customer convenience
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged, soiled, or different from what you ordered.
3. Regarding cancellations and changes to your order
We cannot accept any changes or cancellations after the order confirmation email has been sent.
4. Regarding long-term absence and refusal to accept delivery
Long-term absence (unknown delivery address, etc.)
If you are unable to receive your item within one week of shipping, the item will be returned to us as the storage period has expired. (If you are not at home, a missed delivery notice will be left, so please check this and make arrangements with the delivery company as soon as possible.)
If the product is returned to us due to an extended absence (e.g. unknown delivery address) and we do not receive any contact from the customer, we will charge the product price, etc., and will proceed to a refund once we receive contact from the customer.
