• This policy applies to VERNO SKIN Cream (hereinafter referred to as "this Product") sold by Verno Skin Clinic Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company").

• Conditions for return and exchange

  • The product must be "unopened and unused" within 14 days of arrival.

  • If there is a manufacturing defect, damage during delivery, or the product is different from the order, we can accept it even if it has been opened.

• Examples of items that cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Products that have been opened, used, or have had the seal removed (excluding defective products)

  • Products that have been damaged or soiled due to handling by the customer

• How to apply

  Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, with your order number, name, and reason for return.
